Pros

Great support, lots of partners that genuinely seem to care about their work, ability to work from home, ability to make a healthy income after time

Kontras

They overly micro manage, especially for a company that always says you "run your own business". They shove DEI down your throats, and god forbid you have a client that thinks DEI is nonsense, you are not allowed to work with them You better align with their strongly held political views or this is not the company for you

Pros

I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. I also love that we have a support team from accounting, IT, HR, and regional directors to keep focused on the task at hand, which is connecting with people.

Kontras

It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

* Some genuinely kind and supportive coworkers * Remote/flexible aspects of the role may appeal to some people * Opportunity to gain recruiting and sales experience in a fast-paced environment

Kontras

* In my experience, leadership could be overly aggressive and created a very high-stress environment * I personally observed favoritism within parts of management, which negatively impacted morale * Expectations and communication often felt inconsistent * The role became emotionally exhausting and affected my work-life balance * Certain practices and decisions did not align with what I personally considered professional or ethical
