Great atmosphere and coworkers make it a place to be

Pay is mid-range and not a lot of growth opportunities

The work itself is pretty simple

They expect 900 pieces of clothing a day which is only manageable maybe once a week, they dock you as 'late' for one or two minutes even when the issue is the paycom app they use doesnt detect the geofence area. Management constantly nitpicks work but doesn't properly train people. I was hired on as a donation sorter, and because management wasn't able to hold on to a third employee for my team I was forced to work the job of 2+ people every shift, I only was there a month before they fired me for "extended breaks" when all team members went to break and came back at the same time. Also, probably because the management is so bad all the employees are incredibly rude and hostile towards each other. It felt like high school, everyone was in competition for some reason
