Pros

The people I worked with were nice, everyone there was helpful and inviting, and the manager and assist-manager would super cool and chill.

We were given the absolute bare minimum to do our job, had broken chairs and equipment that was falling apart and quite literally held together with duck tape, were given the worst possible electronics to do our job and would often have to restart long processes because they would crash over the slightest thing, all this while they expected us to meet high level of productivity (even if we weren't fully staffed as well), we were grossly underpaid for the amount of work we were doing, and there were no growth opportunities at all.

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
