Because it is a smaller organization, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot that is not only applicable to other non-profits but for-profits as well. It's run much like a business with a defined strategic plan and culture and the leadership team has the highest regard for doing things the right way and developing its people.

The organization is growing so fast sometimes it's hard to ensure that the quality of leadership and culture at the top is pushed effectively all the way through to the leadership on the ground. Great strides have been made though.
