Decent benefits and the weekly schedule was good
Kontras
company culture was very skewed towards favoring baby boomers and disregarding and not promoting younger generation. Didn't ask or want to here feedback about how to improve and stuck in ways for years. Burn out from getting promoted and then having to keep the previous job as well, so ended up working a lot of overtime and no relief or work/life balance.
