Poor Leadership. workload is Outrageous they do not value their employees Lack of training they speak to employees like they are not Human. If you don't eat breath and sleep Goodman Realty you do not matter. they act like there is room for growth in the company and they will not allow you to work your way up

Pros

Goodman really stepped up in benefits this year! Better healthcare, dental, vision, another holiday and company training program.

Kontras

There has been a lot of hiring (which is great) but I don't feel as connected to everyone. There are so many new faces I need to learn!
