Use of consulting contract to exploit employees. No sick pay. No leave pay. No company benefits. They expect 40+ hours a week and expect you to be able to do side work as so they are not viewed as an employer. They pay late EVERY month and then tell you that you need to manage your cash flow. How do you manage something that is not flowing?
