They have favorites, they don’t want to admit but they do, and half the employees are either family members or friends to some people in there, and since they’ve been there for a while and since some are related they basically get away with anything which is genuinely disappointing and so unfair to other employees. Some team leads genuinely don’t know what they’re doing, they always have to ask employees how to do stuff, and some normally train the new hires wrong half the time so other employees who have been there for a while has to sometimes train the new hires the right way. They’re very hypocritical when it comes to certain people and their rules are basically useless. They say how employees shouldn’t be on there phones and they shouldn’t eat on the floor and should always go in the break room but then there’s the team leads who are always on there phones 24/7 and they eat all the time and they huddle together just talking and laughing while the employees get fussed at for even looking at there phone to check the time or even talking to there coworkers or friends, it’s very unfair and so frustrating how hypocritical they are
