Good place to start if just getting into entry level fashion/retail. Family like atmosphere, friendly staff.

Very disorganized company with lack of support from the corporate team. No structure, and horrible communication from HQ to retail team. High turnover rate at every store and even in the corporate team, leading to big mess everywhere with nobody knowing how to do anything correctly. Low pay for the responsibilities that are given outside of our role that we are hired for. Commission is very low, starts at 0.25% and only if the store meets the monthly target. Runs on low budget with horrible in-store working condition. The HR and the upper management is a joke, and will not respond to employee's questions or concerns. Nothing gets resolved here, as the corporate team is more scared of lawsuits from employees and customers.
