It made creating and accomplishing new initiatives slow and unwieldy. During a period of several years there were many priority pivots, making it difficult to focus on a campaign long enough to make progress. This was during Covid, so understandable. Also during a P.E. buyout. There was a great deal of leadership churn in that time.
