      - Company is generous: motorized desks, high end workstations, lots of free stuff - Very easily accessible by public transport

      Kontras

      - parking is expensive, public transit sucks when the weather is hot - located in a fairly touristy area, cheap lunch isn't an option

      It is great to hear you enjoy the experience and perks of working in our Budapest office. There is not much we can do to impact commuting or weather situations, but luckily the products we build help support employees with flexibility to adjust if needed.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Kontras

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
