      Flexible Arbeitszeiten, interessante Projekte, die bereit sind, neue Technologien auszuprobieren, es gibt ein gutes Leistungspaket, internationale Arbeitsorte

      Am Standort Santa Barbara ist es schwierig, neue Talente vor Ort einzustellen. Manchmal dauert das Management zu lange, um neue Projekte zu ermitteln.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
