Eventhough goquo is startup company, we can get involved in new technologies. its good for career growth for me as other companies still working on olded technologies, goquo is not. industry standard salary. hike is also ok compared to other companies.
Kontras
only cons is other employee benefits. not getting any other benefits other than CTC that offered. might be good to give medical insurance, travel allowances, Cab arrangements etc., it will be good to have medical leave of more than 10 days per year. currently it is 6 days only. 2+ year is mandatory here.
