People are routinely expected to work 7 days a week for ~10 hours a day, and burnout is treated as a personal failure rather than a systemic problem. Once employees are exhausted, they are quickly replaced instead of supported. Engineering leadership is alarmingly weak. The senior engineers consistently demonstrate a lack of technical competence and sound judgment, which would not meet the hiring bar at most serious engineering organizations.
