Pros
Flexibility but sometimes can be a con too. Alot of people take advantage of “flexbility” e.g. instead of being in the office for the mandatory 3 days a week; many only come in once a week
Kontras
Hiring is messy. Management don’t know the profiles needed. Director of Engineering laying off all the wrong people. One engineer she laid off was so talented and joined Google 1 month after- and his severance pay was almost 1 year. Operations team heavily biased by management as well. They are basically running the company bankrupt. Lots of mistakes being swept under the rug. Used to be a good place to work at.
