Great team, friendly people, super fast paced innovation, possibly a huge payday as the vision is freaking giant.

Company is super lean, so you have to wear a bunch of hats. Developers get involved in community support, etc. Not necessarily a con if you like doing more than just coding.

Brilliant people. Big vision. Fast paced. Awesome product. Duh, San Diego, is the "finest city" in the US <-- I agree..

While they do well with having some remote engineers, if you are on the product side, it is important to be in San Diego.
