You can't just be good at what you do, you need to be able to back it up with results. Highly talented people come in but only the ones that really believe in the idea stick around because they know the struggle will be worth it.

Very disorganized company. Owner was never honest and always evaded issues by just ranting about how great the idea of car insurance via an app was. Claims was a crapshoot, customers were basically ignored and hanged dry with no resolutions. Horrible management, employees came and went extremely quickly. Owner talked about being “open” but was never transparent and honest about the actual company situation. Pay would be occasionally delayed for days.
