I’ve been with GlobaStep for more than two years, during these two years got to work with great people and had a good career progression. The company culture is great, people are friendly and senior management is keeping everyone up to date on the strategic plan. My experience working with the CEO had been absolutely fantastic, he looks after his peers well, understands the issue at hand and takes the consultative approach to any issues. The team is valued for the work they perform. Globally company has a very good client base and a lot of interesting projects to work on. Currently, I see an ambitious plan for growth and the team is working day in and day out to achieve it.
