policy is too bad. 1. Nov 30th they sent a mail Dec 1st onwards the notice period is 90days. 2. In January onwards they didn't give any hike to any employee. 3. earlier Leaves are carry forward but they changed the policy with giving excuses. 4. After marriage, you wont get any rewards or coupon. there is no policy. 5.Health Insurance you will get as 3 Lakhs only including parents. 6. Mobile bill ,internet bill amount including salary component only there is no extra benefits or money apart from your salary. 7. management is too bad you always feel that your job is secure or not. 8. After joining the company you have to give the one or two client rounds.
