The only possible reason to even consider them would be if you are new to the industry and need to get your feet wet before moving on to a better company.

Management is made up of every failed semiconductor company out there and a pack from singapore who are under some grand illusion that they can bring the tactics and dishonest management practices to the usa and succed. All the good managers and hard working folks already left this company.
