After 3 years and "lateral transfers" and promises to adjust my salary to the rest of the team, once again I was too valuable to let me move to another module, but only got a 3 (average) GPM. I was told that working OT when needed, taking on additional projects, and assisting others was not going above and beyond because I was paid. Such a joke.
