Dishonorable unethical entity. Veterans beware. HR knowingly is a tool used by Management to abuse employees. This company lacks genuine human connection. Narratives rule Truth is not a priority. Current employees need to Study EEOC complaint process and use it. Reporting management to internal groups only warns them who to target. Direct quote from HR. "Do not concentrate on right and wrong concentrate on what moves the team forward." 1st and 2nd level Management are disconnected and full of reactionary toxic political cowards lacking true knowledge of the people and tool sets they manage. 1st and 2nd levels of Management are the chaff leftover after the true talent has exited the company. Company is social politically driven. Make sure you document everything. Do not let anything slide because they wont once you complain.
