      Bad culture. No Professionalism. Bad salary. Bad management with no sense of improvement. Over-working environment. NO benefits to employees. Employees have no voice. Toxic environment. Tolerance for bullying and racist/sexist comments.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
