Pros

Good way to see high ticket sales first hand. Higher commissions but less volume of deals. I saw people above me making fat commissions. I was only SDR so didn't make as much but if you're higher up and work at it you'll make fat commissions.

Kontras

I wasn't big on software or tech , only sales. So I didn't take up much interest in learning the product. If you're not interested in software the product will bore you to death. I'm challenged with technology and other areas of life, so it was difficult to navigate.

Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

Kontras

Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

Pros

Supportive team, collaboration within the team

Kontras

You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
