      Pros

      Great atmosphere, I guess I was lucky to be in a great team. It is a great place to kick-start your career in sales, to cut your teeth on, but don't bother staying too long. Money can be great if you are ready to give up 8/9 hours of your day to lead-source outside of work hours.

      High turnover, highly KPIs-focused, no career progression, Money is not good at all.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Kontras

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
