A lot of room for growth. Able to build and strengthen overall team building within operations. Had high expectations of financial growth, and to expand existing customer base.

Company demonstrated a completely different attitude and support towards women, after my first 2 weeks in. A "Good old boys" club attitude, many secretly held meeting between the men. Saw upper management use my ideas I had promoted and flipped around to upper management and taken all the credit.
