Additionally, the previous unlimited annual leave policy—subject to KPI achievement and managerial approval—has been revoked, and employees are now entitled to only 18 days of leave per calendar year. The new policies are hard - i don't know if that will harm and hamper the company's growth or be more prosperous for the company.
