It seems that Glints has been undergoing significant changes, particularly since the arrival of new management member in September 2024. Unfortunately, these changes appear to have negatively impacted the company's culture. The new leadership's approach seems to prioritize rigid time commitments, multiple policy changes —such as enforcing rigid 9-hour office days everyday—over fostering a culture of efficiency and employee satisfaction. This shift would lead to a loss of good talent & top contributors, as the emphasis on time spent in the office may come at the expense of maintaining a positive and productive work environment. A culture that values happier and more efficient employees tends to yield better results than one focused on time-locking employees at the expense of their morale.
