Senior management only focuses on fattening their pockets by pursuing unsustainable growth avenues while keeping the operation team too lean to support the growth. There is a total lack of focus by the senior management, there is no synergy or even clear communication among the top; the CEO doesn't follow any of the values that he preaches like gospel, the President has no experience to lead / manage / empower the employees to grow and improve. There's only a constant bashing for failing to meet sky-high expectations. The ERP system is archaic, something that worked great for a small business, but not capable of handling the transactions at the scale of a multi-million dollar company. Poor compensation/benefits, little paid time-off days compared to other companies, and no growth opportunities period.
