Pros
Family oriented company who truly cares about their employee's. The owner doesn't just want to be the best company to work with but also the best company to work for. Work/life balance is heavily encouraged. They do not want people to have to work over their 40 hours and encourage them to take time to relax after the work day. The owners really truly care about their people. This company has been around over 20 years, they know how to run a business and have navigated a few really daunting times in the construction industry over the past 25 years.

As a smaller company, occasionally you may have to take on things outside your 'job desciption' but you are the best person that it makes sense to have do that task. I personally do not mind this as I enjoy helping out where I can, but some people might. We really see ourselves as a team and encourage a teamwork environment.
