Pros

Good for people who are experience and good in politics. Work in Month of Feb , March and April , show manager you are waiting after office , and you will get bonus , employee of quarter award and promotions. Only 3-4 same people will get award even then team of 50 works. Specially in FI. Some projects are good German Brand Name. Free food. flexible timing. 34 Leaves a year.

Gives free Package to experience people If you have 10+ years of experience in any domain please join , they give you best package without working. If you are fresher don't join , they can fire you any time. Freshers didn't get projects. TL ask you wait after office if you have any doubt , just to show manager , you are helping. Experience people didnot work and the Young employees and contractors who work , they dont let them work. Work in month of Feb and March , Just give sweets to Manager and he will give promotion to you without working on Projects

Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
