Pay is decent, benefits are okay pretty standard.

Still stuck in remedication mode, can't seem to find a way to fix/improve on processes. Their action is to keep highering more quality engineers instead of getting rid of under performing and under whelming people and bringing in talent that can actually fix the problems with the QMS. They talk big about asking for your ideas and suggestions but don't really expect them to listen.
