This company has to be one of the most team-workin-est orgs I have ever been a part of and I have been a part of some AMAZING teams in my career. GETIDA sets a tone of warmth, humanity and kindness during the interview and onboarding processes and they truly do care about their employees. I have felt: -Heard -Supported -Well Educated -Included I love it here and I'm growing the way that I should!

As with every great thing, there is a light burden. There is a steep learning curve so one can be overwhelmed in the beginning, BUT expectations are reachable and you will be supported.

Great colleagues, really enjoyed my time getting to know them.

Private equity (SIB) destroyed this company. Took something good, holy, and beneficial for a ton of people and completely tanked it.
