- Fake it until they make it approach and lack of pertinent metrics paired with internal promotions has morphed into high levels of incompetence at the Director level. Not asking relevant questions of their subordinates leading to misinformed and habitually poor decisions. This lack of clarity and confusion often times ended up with the wrong stakeholders taking the fall for leaders ineptitudes.
