Pros
The pros have all but almost left the company, the ones that remain are 401K, and Sunday premium. The paid holidays are a plus but not great.
Kontras
Paid holidays are only 8hrs even for the people who work 12hr shifts, there is no loyalty to employees, hours are not predictable, you may be cut back to 36 hours a week at anytime, the company has cut pay to get closer to market average. The company only strives to be middle of the road, and they are in bad shape, so you never feel secure about your position. Needs a union to slow management down on how bad they drew there people!
