The manager was micromanagement, very demanding ,taking other people's credit, publishing the paper without the people that really did the job. We are severely understaffed and she would trying to push you come on the weekend to do the work. Especially, if you are postdoc, weekend is the same as week day. The manager had lost more than 5 person in 4 years, with 2 less than 6 month, 2 less than one year.
