Pros
1. Lots of wonderful folks make up the workplace, pretty diverse and accepting cast of characters all around. To those who train and put their heart into training new members, I appreciate their hard work very much; very personable folks :)
2. Potential to work with some geneuinely interesting material/clients
3. Pay was... simply what I would call acceptable for what my position was, and that was okay with me

1. The management structure of this company confuses me a bit. Rather than a traditional management and HR setup, there are department heads who preside over certain groups of people depending on position, at least from how I understand it. But REALLY what anything comes down to is what George says or has beleifs about in someone's performance or negative biases he may have toward them.
2. I won't repeat what's already been said countless times, but just know if you apply here, do the due dilligence in reading these reviews and just be SURE you're ready to handle if or when things go south unexpectedly. In my case, I felt pretty blindsided all round. You could be doing so well in you own mind and hear others say you're doing well, but the ultimate determining factor is at the behest of the man in charge. Unpredictability and unease are the key words here.
3. While I mentioned pay being okay, it really does seem like it could've been a better offer from what big amount of things were expected in my particular position, or at least apparently.
