Reaching out to suggest you please reach out to your HRBP or Operating Leader (TX Mike, Jodi or Amanda) as we'd love to be able to help you with this (meet with you on your schedule, hear the examples around lack of transparency). We hope to work with you to address your concerns.
Flexibility and good mission. Management really understands that life can happen and you can tell balance is very important to them and in turn it trickles to employees. Geode not only prioritizes patients but also employees. I think it is a really good place to work!

I don't love all the benefit offerings. It would be nice to have more holidays off and mental health days built in. I would like to see an improved maternity leave policy. Also, they could do better with company culture. There are creative ways to do so being hybrid/virtual. I would like to see them emphasize that.

Thank you for taking the time to post this thoughtful review. It's great to read you experience Geode as a place that prioritizes its Providers and patients - exactly what we want to be known for.
We would absolutely LOVE to hear some ideas from you on company culture and benefits. I shared your review with our CPO and she is hoping you will reach out to her directly to share ideas. Please reach out to Jane Marshall via Teams/Outlook. Jane really hopes to hear from you!
Thank you for all you do.
Supportive administrative staff who were responsive and helpful. Complimentary food and snacks were provided regularly for Marketing new medications, which was a nice employee perk.

The documentation expectations were extensive and required a level of detail and formatting that I found difficult to meet despite my efforts. Clinicians considering this organization should ask detailed questions during the interview about documentation requirements, productivity expectations, and the training provided to support those standards. Training was provided by non-clinical staff. Administration are Clinicians.
