WFH/ Smart office policy is fake for local HK office. They expect you to work in the office and apply WFH if you have emergency. CEO micro manages employees, monitors who doesn’t go to the office. The function I was working for was workaholic, the function head kept messaging me or emailing me very late at night, it was very stressful. Sometimes the function head can be very unprofessional in terms of languages and attitudes.
