Working at this company was a frustrating experience due to poor management. Favoritism was a constant issue, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment while others were set up for failure. Expectations were often unrealistic, and if task couldn't be completed under unreasonable conditions, employees were unfairly punished.
Rather than managing effectively, leadership frequently shifted their own responsibilities onto others. If you weren't in the manager's good graces, you could expect to be treated unfairly. Despite corporate being aware of these issues, little to no action has taken to improve the work environment.
