Amazing people, shocking management - Customer Service bei General Logistics Systems: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Upper management are extremely unprofessional and refuse to see where the issues lie...with them and the very poor service. Very difficult to work in customer service when the service is so shocking. Such a shame one man can cause such a high turnover of staff in 1 department and in 1 company.
