Dysfunctional - Supervisor bei General Dynamics NASSCO: Mitarbeiterbewertung

NASSCO-Norfolk management is out of control and losing control. The culture is based on fear and hostility. Bullying is rampant and dysfunctional behavior is throughout. I'm just not confident about the longevity or viability of this company.
