No Severance; Very little notification when being laid off--employees are gived 2 weeks notice and have to work those final days; Employees that contributed 75% of the work being done were cut, while those who remained were barely qualified to do their jobs; Little to no communication from upper management; Good Old Boys Club in Ful Force -- Not supportive of Working Mothers!
