Relaxed dress code, variety of hours are great for work/life balance

Soon as you start they began laying off, the supervisors have no idea what they are doing as far as "supervising" is concerned. No paper, no pens, no cells phones on the floor. Quality sucks point blank. A lot of gossiping and nosiness involved. Training does not help with half of the situations that you come in contact with over the phone. Rate of pay could be inceased for the amount of work that is expected.
