Pros
Easy way to make good money for a couple weeks (paid training), you'll learn SOME things about ACA and the marketplace if you don't already know. I'd hate to say it, but that's about it for the Pros.
Kontras
Horrible training..they do not prepare you for the phone calls. They also do not teach you enough about the marketplace. so when you have a general question about who we are and what we represent, you don't really know. They tell you it's a professional setting, but it's really not. Only about 10% of the mass hirings that they do actually stick around, and that's because they absolutely have to and have no choice. I have a friend that's still there and still doesn't know what he's doing.
