General Dynamics is an excellent company. Every aspect, here and on the East coast displays a company that genuinely cares about its greatest asset, people.

Since it is a contractor for a Government installation, it is possible for the company to lose the contract.

1. Great Pay 2. Supervisors work with you 3. Cleanest atmosphere out of every factory I've worked

1. Mandatory 7 days a week working 8 hours or consequences, (they are in the business of killing people they'll be okay killing you) 2. Their HR isn't there for the family life it'd be okay for a single kid just learning to work supervisors will help the best of their ability though knowing how it is with a family. 3. It gets very very depressing just because there is nothing to look forward to because they cant keep with a deadline and keep pushing any promises of change.
