Great products, great atmosphere. We work toward continual improvement and customer satisfaction. I feel that there is a lot of teamwork and everyone is proud of what we do. We have a lof of resources to help with the job. IT support is wonderful and we have top of the line computers, dual monitors, printers, accessories. Flexible work schedule is a big bonus. Management support is wonderful. I'm proud to work here.

Like any maturing company, it has become more and more top-heavy, placing more and more emphasis on project management and milestones, sometimes over bread-and-butter engineering. I could have half the PMs I have now and do a better job
