Pros
Great benefits. Very interesting, challenging, and changing work environment. The market for the UAS product is in very high demand. Rewarding to know that our product is having an impact in global events. HR does a good job in acting as an employee union. Workplace is non-union, which I view as a positive.
Kontras
Lower pay. Vertically orientated management structure. Reading government resports, it seems that the company needs to flatten its manangement structure. Not enough input from workers is taken by senior management. Poor communication between departments. Needs some improvment on processes, making them same way everytime. Tribal knowledge is everywhere. People seem to hoard information to preserve their usefulness.
