Worst leadership I've ever experienced - Strategic Development bei General Atomics: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Leadership positions and promotions are not based on merit and are strictly given to those who have relationships and seniority. It is VERY clear who is in their position because of relationships and who is there because of merit (very very few). Also, the company hires "contractors" based on personal relationships. Contractors take a big portion of budget and provide very little input or knowledge of the company. Avoid this place unless you want to have the life sucked out of you and witness extreme nepotism first hand
