Pros
Friendly people. Dominating company in UAV market, in addition to growing use of UAV drones in warfare, which results in very good job security. Good benfits. 9/80 schedule = Every other Friday off. It lets you complete chores, and it stacks with Federal Holidays, where you could get 4 days off.
Kontras
If you want best and all of the benefits, it's going to cost you some money. Irrelevant training. Poor management. Extremely little career mobility. Some people I know have been doing exact same job for 3-5 years until they got moved around. Work is more of dog and pony show, always being reminded that there are tour groups (literally) and customers, therefore to be on our best professional behavior.
